RETURNS & EXCHANGES

After purchasing jewelry from KrystalSasso.com there will be only store credit or exchange allowed. Shipping charges on returned/exchanged items are non-refundable. Items purchased online may be returned to Krystal Sasso within 3 days from date of receipt. Items must be returned in perfect condition. Approved returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit only. This credit may be applied towards your next purchase. The exchange order must meet or exceed the credit amount; a credit cannot be processed for remaining funds.

Please include a copy of your invoice and all original items shipped with the package. Enclose the packing slip with the item(s) and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

If you would like to return an item for an exchange, please include the name of the replacement piece and your payment information (if the new order will exceed the original total).

REPAIRS POLICY

Krystal Sasso cares about her jewelry and her clients. When you’re having fun, accidents can happen. We will repair any item purchased through krystalsasso.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email customerservice@krystalsasso.com for specifications.

JEWELRY CARE

Each Krystal Sasso beaded bracelet is made from the highest quality materials. These materials are often cut from natural sources and the use of hairsprays, lotions, colognes and/or perfumes can alter the natural state of the materials used. For this reason our bracelets are highly sensitive to water and wearing them while sleeping, showering, exercising, or in a pool or sauna should be avoided.These elements can weaken the elastic cord that holds the bracelet together and can contribute to breakage in the future if not cared for properly. To ensure the longevity of your Krystal Sasso beaded bracelet, ROLL the bracelet on or off your arm, rather than pull, stretch or tug on the beads. Repetitive tugging and pulling can cause the elastic to weaken and break over time and should be avoided. To maintain the beauty of our beaded bracelets, we recommend cleaning the beads by using mineral oil that has been wiped off with a soft, white cloth.

Just like other fine chains, Krystal Sasso chains can be delicate and should be treated with the utmost care. Do not pull or tug on them. Chains should be treated delicately in order to prevent damage.

Krystal Sasso offers Ground, 2-day and Overnight shipping via UPS and USPS in the continental U.S.

If the item ordered is in stock it will ship within 5 business days. If shipment of your order is to be delayed we will contact you via email with an estimated delivery date. For shipping inquiries, please email customerservice@krystalsasso.com.

Krystal Sasso offers International Shipping via USPS. Rates vary depending on the weight and size of the shipment. For international shipping rate estimates, please email customerservice@krystalsasso.com. Your order may be subject to duties or taxes, which are calculated when the merchandise reaches your country. You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes. Should you place an international order and refuse delivery, you will be responsible for Krystal Sasso's original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the package to Krystal Sasso.

ORDER STATUS

We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Orders, including custom initial pieces, placed on Krystalsasso.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Any item purchased using our Special Order option will be considered a final sale. Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production.
